The different types of Waterbar tap flanges
We produce several different styles of Waterbar tap flanges, to ensure that you always have the exact tap flange that you need for your project. Whether you are a DIYer or a plumbing professional we provide you with the perfect tap seal every time.
Standard Single Tap Flange (W6)
The Standard Single Tap Flange have a 6mm step and 35mm diameter, suitable for cement sheet or 6mm Villa Board. If your valve or tap is set at an appropriate point and is not too far inset into the wall, this will be the perfect tap flange option.
Deep Standard Single Tap Flange (W12)
Our Deep Standard Tap Flange comes with a 12mm step and 35mm in diameter, suitable for water resistant wallboard or to correct excessive tap setback. This flange is designed to seal fixtures that have been installed too far into the wall, which requires a deeper flange to seal the tap properly.
Mixer Flange (W650)
These are designed for mixer tap bodies. They have a 6mm step, with a 50mm diameter and will fit the most mixer taps. It is suitable to be installed on fibreboard or water-resistant plasterboard.
Shower Outlet Washer (W1)
These washers are made from high quality rubber and with a handy peel and stick back are designed to seal around the thread of shower outlet pipe.
Waterbar DIY Pack
The perfect choice for DIY enthusiast – this pack comes with six Tap Penetration Flanges of your choice (for W6 & W12) or 3 W650's, plus 3 W1 Shower Outlet Washers.
Mixer Reduction washer (WR43)
These are designed to reduce the W650 mixer flange from 50mm to 43mm, thus enabling the flange to suit a greater variety of mixer taps. They have a handy peel and stick back and fit snugly inside the flange.
