We purchase from Waterbar tap flanges in various sizes to use as an integral part of our waterproofing installation for wet areas. We use the products to help achieve the requirements set in AS 3740-2010 Waterproofing of Wet areas within Residential Buildings.

The flanges sold by Waterbar are simple and easy to use. They are most effective to help prevent water from entering wall cavities past the cover plates of taps and shower roses.

We find the flanges to be inexpensive and of a high quality. Using these products most certainly helps to prevent costly repairs down the track whereby water passing past the cover plates of the taps and shower rose can be a source of possible leaks occurring within the shower recess and subsequently create internal wall damage.
